This policy explains what personal data Visto collects, why, and what rights you have over it. It applies to the Visto waitlist at getvisto.ch and is governed by the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP, in force since 1 September 2023).

At this stage, Visto is a waitlist. We collect only:

• Your email address — when you sign up via the form on getvisto.ch. Used solely to notify you when Visto launches and to send relevant product updates. Nothing else.

We do not collect names, phone numbers, financial data, or any other personal information through this website.

3. Legal basis for processing

We process your email address on the basis of your explicit consent, given when you complete the double opt-in confirmation. You may withdraw this consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send you, or by contacting us directly.

4. Who receives your data

Your email address is stored and managed by our newsletter provider:

• Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Geneva, Switzerland — infomaniak.com. Infomaniak is a Swiss company subject to Swiss data protection law. Your data is stored in Switzerland and the EU and is not transferred outside these jurisdictions.

We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party for marketing or any other purpose.

5. Google Fonts

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google LLC, USA). When the page loads, your browser makes a request to Google's servers, which may log your IP address. This is the only data transfer to a third party that occurs when you visit getvisto.ch without submitting the form. Google's privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy.

6. How long we keep your data

We retain your email address for as long as you remain on the Visto waitlist. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, your data is removed within 30 days. Once Visto launches, a separate privacy policy for the application will apply.

7. Your rights

Under the nFADP you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Deletion — request that we delete your data
• Withdrawal of consent — unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email, or by contacting us
• Complaint — lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) at edoeb.admin.ch

8. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools. We store one item in your browser's local storage — your language preference (English or German) — which never leaves your device and is not sent to any server.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the waitlist after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
